how it works assists you every day

Your marta starts from your business processes that can be automated and simplified. You set the direction, marta follows.

The journey

Six stages, from the first analysis to continuous improvement.

Every stage produces something concrete and verifiable. No code is written until it is clear how the company works: what gets built first is the method, and the software follows it.

Work analysis

We look at how activities are handled today: the recurring steps, the information needed, who has to step in, which decisions are made and where work stops to wait.

We start from processes, not from features

Defining the workflows

Procedures become workflows: what has to happen, in what order, and what comes next. It is the map of how the company works, and also the document everyone agrees on before anything is built.

Models and use cases

For each step we define how it must be done: documents, communications, checks, exceptions. This is also where it becomes clear which activities can be automated and where artificial intelligence can take over part of the work.

Building the system

First the infrastructure and the way processes talk to each other, then the modules, the integrations with the software and hardware already in the company, the automations and the AI features.

The foundation first, then the pieces

Going into production

marta enters daily work, usually starting from the priority processes. The people who use them are supported: the system guides whoever is working, instead of asking them to learn a piece of software.

Continuous evolution

Daily use brings out new steps to simplify, new activities to automate and new opportunities offered by AI. The scope extends to other departments and workflows, one piece at a time.

The system is not simply delivered: you keep teaching it

Timings

How long it takes depends on what has to be connected.

There is no standard timeframe, because there is no standard project. A journey on a few linear processes is a different thing from a system that has to talk to machinery, portals and software already in use.

What lengthens the journey

Complexity and components

Processes with many exceptions, departments that must work on the same flow, hardware to interface with, third-party software with APIs to integrate, historical data to recover.

What shortens it

A well-chosen scope

Start from the processes that weigh most on the day, with clear rules and few external touchpoints. The rest is added later, on the foundation already built and working.

Resources

The right model for the resources you have.

The project is not sized on a price list, but on what the company can invest right now. With the same goal, different journeys can be built: you choose where to start based on the return, beginning with the processes that consume the most time or generate the most errors.

Because marta is built in stages on a single infrastructure, whatever is postponed is not lost: it comes in later in the same system, without redoing the work already done.

First you build the system. Then you keep teaching it how to work.

The criterion for deciding what to do first

Who does what

What we need from you.

Your part

  • Time to explain how you really work, exceptions included
  • A point person for each process to be mapped
  • Access to the software and devices to be connected
  • A decision on which processes come first

Our part

  • Process analysis and writing the workflows
  • Building the infrastructure, modules and integrations
  • Adding AI where it genuinely saves work
  • Support in production and evolution over time
